Deloitte developed the initial dashboard in only three days with the assistance of QlikView South Africa, a QlikView Qonnect Partner Program Master Reseller. The Qonnect Program has hundreds of certified partners ranging from service providers who sell QlikView and/or deliver specialized domain expertise, to OEM Partners whose solutions are “powered by QlikView.”

The detailed performance dashboard was in the hands of Executives and HR professionals within 30 days – in less than the time it took for the invoicing cycle. “We understood that we would need to be extremely creative to ensure acceptance and optimal use of our human resources dashboard, now called TalentScope,” continued Bisschoff. “QlikView allows us to offer individual customisation without external support, where executives get exactly the information that is relevant and useful to them.
